Welcome to Omnars. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Omnars ("we," "us," "platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Omnars is a platform that facilitates real-time audio, video, and text connections between developers. Our role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure (signaling, matching, and interface) to enable these peer-to-peer interactions.

We act as a passive conduit for user communications and do not control, verify, or endorse the content shared by users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction).
  • You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.
  • Your use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are a human user; automated bots, scrapers, and scripts are prohibited without express written permission.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You are solely responsible for your interactions and the content you transmit.

Strictly Prohibited

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Harassment, hate speech, or abuse
  • Sharing CSAM or violent content
  • Phishing or distributing malware
  • Unsolicited commercial advertising

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. You acknowledge that Omnars utilizes third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) to deliver the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that creates liability or harm for us or our users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Omnars DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT CONTROL WHAT USERS SAY OR DO AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CONDUCT OR CONTENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Omnars, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnars and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
